Focusing on concepts of weight and weightlessness, matter/mass/light/air/ breath students experimented with various materials (including metals and mixed media) through a series of sculptural processes and techniques. Over the course of the three week class each student explored poetic interpretations of how materials and matter connect, interconnect and disconnect to their bodies and the environment around them.
